Our garden
Relax in our outdoor area. You will have at your disposal a large swimming pool (18×7) with a garden where you can sunbathe in peace and relaxation. Enjoy the pungent summer sun or the more delicate spring sun between one swim and another. You can stretch out on the large lawn surrounding the pool to get in touch with the earth and smell the scents of nature or choose a comfortable deckchair.
Our Morning Breakfast
Each new day at the agriturismo begins with the aroma of fresh coffee and the soft stillness of the awakening countryside. At the heart of the dining room, a lovingly prepared buffet breakfast awaits — a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy the moment.
You’ll find homemade sweets just like in the old days: soft cakes, tarts, fragrant cookies, and Umbrian bread. Alongside them, golden honey and artisan jams made from locally ingredients.
Every ingredient tells the story of our land; every flavor is a little “good morning” made of simple, genuine things.

Our agriturismo is fully equipped to welcome cyclists of all levels, with both paved and off-road routes ideal for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
We offer mapped GPS itineraries, a secure bike room, bike wash station, basic mechanical assistance, and e-bike rental options.
The routes wind safely through hills, villages, and nature trails, with varying difficulty levels and scenic viewpoints along the way.
Five-a-Side Football, Beach Volleyball & Bocce Courts
Available free of charge and by reservation: a soccer field, a beach volleyball court, and a bocce field — perfect outdoor spaces for enjoying time in the open air, surrounded by greenery.
Pet Friendly
Your four-legged friends are welcome at our Country House. They are allowed in all common areas including the breakfast room, restaurant, lobby, and garden — provided they are kept on a leash at all times.
